House of the Love

The House of Love workshop is designed for couples eager to enrich their relationship or tackle structural issues.

In a three-hour program we take you on a journey through the House of Love. We discover the nine building blocks of a healthy relationship and what you can do to strengthen them.

For example, did you know that friendship is one of the most important pillars? And that helping to fulfil each other’s dreams strengthens the relationship?

We look at what works in a healthy relationship, but also pay attention to problem areas such as conflict, unresolved pain and trust issues. After all, these are things that – suddenly or silently – weaken your bond. How does this happen and what can you do about it?

This inspiring evening will give you new insights about your own relationship and provide practical tools to strengthen it.

Location: The Bernulphus Chapel, Oosterbeek

The Bernulphus Chapel in Oosterbeek is a beautiful and intimate place. Our hostess Roelinde has lived next to the chapel since 1991 and has decorated it artistically with her own sculptures.

The Chapel is located in a leafy part of town, from where you can have walks and cultural-historical explorations. There is a private, sheltered terrace.

The Chapel uses Fair Trade and organic products as much as possible. Coffee, tea and chocolate are Fair Trade and purchased regionally. Fresh ingredients are bought on the market and from local suppliers for the home-made soups.

The Chapel is within walking distance of Oosterbeek railway station or via bus 352 that connects Wageningen to Arnhem Central Station. There is plenty parking in the area. For more information, visit the Chapel’s website.

Our workshop is held in the Philosopher’s Room.

De Roos is located at the P.C. Hooftstraat 183, 1071 BW in Amsterdam. More information can be found on the website of De Roos.
